Review: I purchased a telescope from this company and had nothing but problems with it. Very poor build quality. I was unable to focus the scope.I called them several times to get help. They kept telling me that I had to keep fussing with it to get it focused. I have owned other telescopes and never had this problem before.I called in and asked to return it. They gave me a RMA number.I called back a week later to return it and they said that it was too late by a few days.1) They knew that I wanted to return this product.2) I had a RMA number in their system.3) They also knew that I had called them several times.4) The product was boxed and ready to ship back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on this product.
