Proteng Distribution Business Practice

In May of 2019 we became an authorized installer for the above company.
During a prolonged sales trip we purchased $9400 of fire suppression tubes specifically for the RV/ATV/UTV market which we were trying to develop for Proteng, and with great encouragement from them.

The market however failed to develop and so we returned the tubes. However not only did Proteng refuse any credit, they also refused to return our goods, citing a non existent contract clause that tubes one returned 'Expire'. This despite the fact the same tubes carry a five year guarantee when installed.

Have made multiple attempts to work with vendor but I feel like they are expecting to get away with keeping our money and the product.
