Review: Our organization, [redacted]) entered into a contract with [redacted] of Protocol & Meetings by Design, Inc. (PMBDI).Our contract required the vendor (PMBDI) to collect fees on behalf of our organization for registration fees for our annual conference. PMBDI notified us after we invoiced for fees that the registration collected was unavailable due to funds being fraudulently withdrawn from the PMBDI account. PMBDI failed to provide the police reports upon request that were related to the theft claim. PMBDI failed to provide the required insurance to cover our program that would cover the theft of funds. PMBDI provided false information about the time period in which account problems occurred. PMBDI has declined to communicate or answer questions related to funding and give us our funds. PMBDI has refused to provide details as to when funds would be available and has made false claims that [redacted] owes PMBDI funds even after showing the annual contract was paid out in full and not addendum to the contract was made for additional services. PMBDI is in possession of funds collected on behalf of our organization and is refusing to provide us with payment after being invoiced and we have been trying to collect funds since December as outlined in our contract. Our organization is now suffering financial hardships incurred by the actions of PMBDI. They have not completed the contract agreement as outlined and have intentionally delayed in responding to our requests. We have made every attempt to collect funds without legal action and are in need of support in collecting our owed funds.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the funds collected for our conference registration paid to us as outlined in the contract that are past due.
