The customer is exaggeratingIf we were such a bad company we wouldn't be in business for years.The competition will never say the truth; dishonest comments.We'll consider refunding the $to the clientHowever, first we'll need a picture of the sofa how it looks now. The pictures can be sent to ***We do have the before pictures on file

I cannot in my whole wide world consider this service provider a second time  because of what he made me go through. His services was full of dishonesty. I have shaded tears countless times because of this. I called him several times, he never responded to my calls at all.  I opened the case with Bank of America credit report.  Instead of calling me at that point - [redacted]'s choice was to falsify his information at a point that Bank Of America overturned the decision earlier made in my favor. I still wondered what he told Bank Of America till today. I have had two service providers who told me confidently that the services was below the standard to restore the Coach. In fact one of them told me vividly that he has received similar complaints from customers about Protouch Restoration about the same poor services. So at this point, I need my refund in the amount of $350 ONLY paid back into my account. I will move on with a more reliable service provider with a proven public records.
