I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Tom, himself was given the original receipt and he claims that it is fake The receipt system put in place at pro touch are hand written receipts, which I'm sure you may think they are fake, considering they are not machine printedWe have had many vehicles done there and had same problem once before where they refuse to fix something they are at fault forTake responsibility as a business owner and fix the carWe even offered to pay extra to have windows tinted darker and Tom wanted us to pay for removal of their defective TintThen come to find out we ended up paying Dollars for a Tint that they normally charge forHow many times do you want to acre people before it's enough? Seriously.
