The year warranty will be honored so therefore any asphalt repairs needed will be performed as long as we our at fault such as the edge falling apartWe will repair this issue but it's hard to warranty something when your intentionally driving things off the edge of an asphalt drivewayThat's why it's recommended to backfill them with dirtYou keep saying dirt was promised to you, all that was said was if we got some dirt while we were working in your neighborhood we would bring it to youI have hundreds of customers I have remcommeded to them to backfill there edges for support and none have ever called me saying a job was unfisined and there were broken promises that they have never received dirtI pave driveways for a living I do not do landscaping

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

-I never claimed to have any leftover materials.-Price was given and contract was signed, ( I have copy of signed contract.)-Mr [redacted] did say after we made an agreement that he needed to go feed his animals and I told him that was fine.-I laid the driveway at Mr[redacted] 's request, including he asked I roll the edges off because he did not want thick edges, due to running his tractors and equipment across it, etc...-When I finished, the only reason I approached Mr[redacted] was to apply the check number to his copy of the contract and receive a check.-Mr[redacted] has not contacted me since that day he said he was satisfied and wrote me a check.- The only person to contact me in regards to the work I performed for Mr[redacted] , was a lady claiming to be his daughter, she contacted saying she was the property owner where I had performed the work and that I had done it without her consent and I told her that I apologized and that I had made an agreement with Mr[redacted] and never knew of her existence to even think I needed her permission for the simple reasonMr[redacted] had said he was the homeowner and I took his word on that.-I never was rude with herI hardly could get a word in with her, so finally I told her if Mr [redacted] was not satisfied to have him contact me which he still hasn't till this day.-As far as the 15% cancellation fee that only applies for jobs that have not been completed within the days.-With all of this being said I am not sure exactly how to resolve this complaint with Mr[redacted] but I can assure you It will have to start with him at least contacting me stating he is not satisfied because it has been over a month and I have not a had a phone call from him till this day, that's if Mr[redacted] is even not satisfied, it could just be the lady that contacted me claiming to be his daughter Thank you, [redacted]

[redacted] and I Crist Dillow meet at his home on Friday September 30th, we came to an agreement satisfying both parties

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have never asked for a penny from the company prior to my Revdex.com complaint, and that was after the owner cussed me out and threatened me stating that he wasn't going to fix what was promised with the back part of the driveway Where you and [redacted] pulled all of the rock out to get the gate shut, the asphalt is now breaking up The contract states there is a year warranty on the work that you and your company performed, yet that issue is also unfixed The only reason I asked for money back was because these things do need to be fixed/finished and you made it clear you were not willing to do so what other choice do I have? Regards, [redacted]

We had two loads of asphalt millings and we laid that over the existing gravel driveway as far as it would go for a flat rate of $3, Asphalt millings last much longer than putting a load of gravel on your driveway because it packs tight and it is much more economical than paving. The asphalt millings are not the same as hot mix asphalt and will not set up If we would have paved your 396’ x 20’ driveway the total cost would have been $2.50/sqftor $19,800. I am sorry your daughter was not pleased with the outcome of the driveway You explained that you wanted to reach a certain point on the driveway, it was more important to do that than for the millings to cover the full width of the driveway You understood we were laying two loads of asphalt milling with the paver, then compacting with a vibratory roller and then tamping the edges for a flat rate of $3, I did exactly as you asked

I will refund you $1,- the check will be mailed tomorrow, 3/

"Intentionally drive stuff off of it"? If you have read my previous messages you would know that isn't the case. The backyard can't be accessed via anything but foot because it has been built up so high. The asphalt breaking apart is a direct result of your guys pulling all of the rock back so you could get the gate to the privacy fence shut because you took it too far back. When I mentioned it, *** even commented that once HE brought the dirt back it would pack up against the driveway and hold the back edge in place. YOUR guys (***) advised Y'all WOULD be bringing dirt back which was the alternative to you having to cut back a newly paved driveway. I have conversations where this is promised, and he was just waiting on "clean" dirt. You simply shouldn't make promises if you have no intention of fixing it. IF this isn't true, why did y'all take all of the gravel away? I would suggest stop trying to think someone is trying to get over on you and take ownership, I referred several people to you guys at first based solely on the assumption you were going to fix what you promised.

-Mr*** Paving Plus did pave on "bare ground" the loose stone and vegetation was removed to try and prevent things such vegetation growthHowever that is something that is not always percent successful, that is why many paving contractors like myself do not gurantee vegetation. -That
is correct paving plus did come back to repair a small issue where some stone was raveling loose in the asphalt, you called I answered and made it out as soon as possible. -That is why I am surprised to see the fact that we are having the issue with you (*** ***) and *** ***) making complaints saying I won't answer the phone nor will I return your calls or address the issues.-When indeed I've called and texted server all times with no response for weeks at a time then when there is a response it's never from your but instead Ms.*** who I never initially worked with, I worked with you on these driveways from start to finish and can not figure out why you hesitate to contact me knowing I am easy to work with and more then willing to address any issues your driveways have. -You know as well as I do I've offered for then once to come take a look at any issues and see what we can do and my request was denied with the response of my attorney will handle this matterI have messages to prove the things I am saying are percent true. -With all of this being said and claims being made on business I am still willing to this day to come and take and address these issues

We will come back by February 7 to make the needed repairs to your driveway.  I'll call before I come.

-I never claimed to have any leftover materials.-Price was given and contract was signed, ( I have copy of signed contract.)-Mr. [redacted] did say after we made an agreement that he needed to go feed his animals and I told him that was fine.-I laid the driveway at Mr.[redacted]'s request, including...

he asked I roll the edges off because he did not want thick edges, due to running his tractors and equipment across it, etc...-When I finished, the only reason I approached Mr.[redacted] was to apply the check number to his copy of the contract and receive a check.-Mr.[redacted] has not contacted me since that day he said he was satisfied and wrote me a check.- The only person to contact me in regards to the work I performed for Mr.[redacted], was a lady claiming to be his daughter, she contacted saying she was the property owner where I had performed the work and that I had done it without her consent and I told her that I apologized and that I had made an agreement with Mr.[redacted] and never knew of her existence to even think I needed her permission for the simple reason. Mr.[redacted] had said he was the homeowner and I took his word on that.-I never was rude with her. I hardly could get a word in with her, so finally I told her if Mr. [redacted] was not satisfied to have him contact me which he still hasn't till this day.-As far as the 15% cancellation fee that only applies for jobs that have not been completed within the 30 days.-With all of this being said I am not sure exactly how to resolve this complaint with Mr.[redacted] but I can assure you It will have to start with him at least contacting me stating he is not satisfied because it has been over a month and I have not a had a phone call from him till this day, that's if Mr.[redacted] is even not satisfied, it could just be the lady that contacted me claiming to be his daughter.  Thank you, [redacted]

-I've never worked for a [redacted], I worked for a Mr. [redacted]. -I never removed no $2300 worth of gravel from any driveway either, I removed loose stone and vegetation.-I've called and texted several times trying to schedule an appointment to come and take care of the proposed...

issues.-Everytime I would try to do so my request was denied, the response was I will let my attorney handle this matter. -As for the vegetation issues my contract simply states no vegetation is guaranteed, however I still offered to come take care of the issue.once again my request was denied.-As for any issues such as cracks, holes, etc.... I'll be glad to fix if Mr.[redacted] will grant me permission to come fix this issues.-Estimates of $12,000 and $19,000 are double and triple the cost originally charged by paving plus and for no reason should these driveways ever cost that much to pave or replace so maybe you might want to check into those quotes. -Once again I am willing to fix any issues these driveways may have Mr.[redacted] just as I have told you via phone call, text message, and Facebook messenger. We only install asphalt driveways when the asphalt plants are mixing asphalt, the asphalt plant will only mix asphalt when temperature and weather permits.
