Revdex.com- This is in regards to Mr [redacted] complaint submitted to Revdex.com Mr [redacted] has accused this dealership of breaking or damaging parts of his vehicles that were pre-existing After obliging and fixing minor items he claimed we caused, his list grew to other items that were never part of the scope or area of our work After explaining to Mr [redacted] that we would not fix any further items for free, he drove off with one of our company vehicles and refused to return the vehicle for days, at which point we discussed involving the police with Mr ***to retrieve our “borrowed” vehicle Throughout this process he has used vulgar language on the phone and in person with females at our company, and threatened to go run around screaming in our showroom if we didn’t fix issues with his vehicle for freeAs far as Mr [redacted] claim on work not done, everything listed on the official bill was completed by this dealership and confirmed at all staff levels Due to Mr [redacted] unruly behavior and continued unwarranted threats, we have asked Mr [redacted] to please contact [redacted] directly, where he can file a complaint and start arbitration, and be provided another dealership to work with We will provide [redacted] with any information they need, but due to reasons listed above, we are unable to work with him further.Chuck Nash Auto Group has been serving central Texas for over years and couldn’t do so without outstanding quality work and customer service We have gone above and beyond to make things right with Mr***, but has continued to try and take advantage of us by using threats of bad online reviews and screaming inside of our store We stand by our word that we always fix issues when they are our fault, and because of that have one of the highest ratings in the region We truly hate that this situation exists, and hope Mr [redacted] can find the solution he is seeking with [redacted] , or another dealership We wish him the best-

I am rejecting this response because:Your flat out blatantly lying through your teethYOUR LYING THROUGH YOUR TEETH!!! No one touched my steering wheelON TOP OF THE FACT THAT THE STEARING WHEEL WASNT BROKEN DUMMY! IT WAS A PEICE OF PLASTIC TRIM WHICH DOES NOT REQUIRE THE REMOVAL OF THE STEERING WHEELLIAR!!! I posted some pictures of the damage you caused but I guess I must have Photoshop we them right? LIARS! What's really annoying is if you were going to do B.Swork to my truck you could have at least used a cheap tube of super glue and glued the trim into placeYour a liarSo what do you have to say now? *** ALREADY ADMITTED TO THE DAMAGES!!!! so why would you be so dumb as to try to deny them now???? I HAVE IT IN WRITTING!!! FROM *** HIMSELF! I made him write it down whybecause he tried the same crap your trying now!!! I took photographic evidence but I bet you through I was bluffing! haha haha not todayI want you to know I will NEVER EVER give this upFor as long as I own that truck and have to look at the damages y'all caused I will forever nonstop leave bad reviewsI PROMISEI will make sure that your laziness, greed, and flat out irresponsible behavior cost you more then it would have to just fix the damn trim! Revdex.com- In response to Mr*** 2nd letter, we reiterate to him the he needs to take his issues directly to *** ***, as we have gone above and beyond. *** *** will arbitrate and confirm the work we have done, and the extra services we have performed per manufacturer guidelines. Mr*** has not been billed for the work as he has claimed, everything was covered under *** *** Warranty and the work can be verified by them. As also mentioned, as we fixed things that were simply for customer service, and not something we caused or were obligated to do, he continued to grow his list of items he claims we broke, which is simply a narrativeWe replaced his entire steering wheel with a completely brand new one, which he claims we didn’tWe replaced his complete ashtray lower trim (is one complete piece) and he claims it wasn’t doneHe claimed we billed him for multiple items, we did not. Mr*** paid for a wheel balance, which was $59.95, and we lowered the price because of his complaints to $49. That is all Mr*** has been billed for, and we have paperwork to prove this. Mr*** has received many things for free from this dealership, that we were not obligated to do. We tried to appease him all with major expense to the dealership. We again ask the Mr*** contact *** *** to file arbitration if he wants to further pursue this and they will handle this situation going further. Thank you-

I have pictures of the damage. Receipts from the supposed repairs! A written letter in your head maintenance [redacted] admitting to the damage caused...HELLO???! second and most importantly I'm not looking for a "free" repair as you conveniently expressed...I'm upset because I was promised a new lower dash section because your mechanic tore it from my dash. He also dropped my grille guard on my truck denting both fenders. [redacted] PROMISED he would get a new plastic trim. It's in the BILL but NOT installed in my truck they merely counter bent the dash to fit but only warped it. Also my steering wheel trim was not replaced but again it's on the BILL!!!! I'm not looking for a freebie ...I make my own money working 40+ hours a week and still owe 3 more years on the truck and now I get to drive around staring at the damage that your careless mechanics caused CONFIRMED by your head guy [redacted] in writing! I want what you BILLED me! I want what was agreed upon. I was very civil with y'all as you trashed my truck over 4 weeks!!!! To change a lightbulb and replace plastic trim omg! And you have the nerve to complain about me using a loaner two days longer after I waited 4 weeks?!? Sorry I didn't drop everything! I have a life! Yes I did leave a bad review....duh?!? And I'm taking every legal action against y'all FOREVER until you fix my 50$ dash!

I took all the pictures on her phone and if you call me a liar again I'll download them and send them. Also will add them to [redacted] reviews.
