We moved to this address July 31stWe chose to switch propane providers by August and asked Proulx to pick up their tanks mid-SeptemberProulx now expects us to pay $for the removal of their tanks from our propertyThey are literally charging us for not wanting to be clients of theirs just because the old owners of the property chose them as their providerThe old owners had a contract with Proulx, we do notNo contract was broken on our part so we should not have to pay for the removal of the tanksI understand there are 'termination fees', but how could this company justify charging fees to homeowners who were never their clients? The address is in their system as a home they serviced, but our names are not on their contractsProulx is also suffering no 'losses' in this case, as the tanks they picked up had gas still in them

My account number is #XXXXXX with Proulx Oil In May of the board of directors of the association decided to not renew the contract with Proulx and have another propane provider service all the units in our condominium complex Proulx charged me $because I was breaking my contract with them I did not have a choice of breaking or keeping the contract since the board made the final decision not to renew the associations contract with the provider I feel this was unwarranted to be charged $when it was not a decision that I had control over
