The purchase mentioned was made through Angie`s List Ecommerce centerThis customer was contacted several times (By Us)? after the original purchase was made in the interest of scheduling a consultShe never responded,? then she seemed to disappear for a year & 1/When she did
contact us (almost years later), she informed us that she had a lot of personal issues that prevented her from being available, but that she would like to get the purchase value of the deal refunded or schedule the equivalent amount of work doneLong story - shortShe contacted us after the deal expired and was urged to contact Angie`s List for a refundAfter she was informed by Angie`s List that the period of time for refunds had expiredShe then came back to us with threatening comments to which we responded by saying this: "The deal was purchased through Angie`s ListYou need to deal with themWe will Only deal with Angie`s List from here forward."? Angie`s List takes about 35% of that particular purchase at the time of the original purchaseWe will be glad to refund the portion of the purchase that we received from Angie`s ListBut we expect Angie`s List to honor their part of the deal as wellI will be glad to round up the amount of the check to $as the original payment for that deal to us was about $We believe that that is a good compromise on our part, especially when you consider the purchase date and all the circumstances involved

The purchase mentioned was made through Angie`s List Ecommerce center. This customer was contacted several times (By Us) after the original purchase was made in the interest of scheduling a consult. She never responded, then she seemed to disappear for a year & 1/2. When she did...

contact us (almost 2 years later), she informed us that she had a lot of personal issues that prevented her from being available, but that she would like to get the purchase value of the deal refunded or schedule the equivalent amount of work done. Long story - short. She contacted us after the deal expired and was urged to contact Angie`s List for a refund. After she was informed by Angie`s List that the period of time for refunds had expired. She then came back to us with threatening comments to which we responded by saying this: "The deal was purchased through Angie`s List. You need to deal with them. We will Only deal with Angie`s List from here forward."  Angie`s List takes about 35% of that particular purchase at the time of the original purchase. We will be glad to refund the portion of the purchase that we received from Angie`s List. But we expect Angie`s List to honor their part of the deal as well. I will be glad to round up the amount of the check to $200 as the original payment for that deal to us was about $196.00. We believe that that is a good compromise on our part, especially when you consider the purchase date and all the circumstances involved.
