Proven Skincare

As someone who doesn't spend a lot on skin care and is SUPER low-maintenance- this was a SUPER TREAT! I'm 30 and have slowly began to realize the importance of a skin routine. This routine has been great! I need to save up to buy more! LOL

Proven skincare is AWFUL. I received a product that legitimately smelled like rotten eggs, it was 100% unusable and needed to go in the trash. Their Customer service said this was normal and that it was the "best formula for my skin" which is absolutely not true if I can't even put it on my face. I contacted customer service 3 different times and when that got me nowhere I tried to warn others on social media, they have since BLOCKED me from their pages and removed my comments. What a sheisty company!!! I will NEVER order from them again! 100% do NOT recommend.

Ordered 5/27. Took a long time to get the product, though I know it is personalized so I was okay with that. Unfortunately after using one of the creams for the first time I had an issue with it and needed assistance either reformulating it (as they guarantee they will do) or getting a refund and my items cancelled. I received an automatic follow up email to my message that promised a response in 24-48 hours. That was over a week ago. They have no contact phone number available and their pages such as the one on FB don’t allow reviews so I can’t help but think they are nothing but a pricey, dishonest “business” quick to take your money but impossible to stand by their product and guarantees DO NOT RECOMMEND.
