Hello, My girlfriend and I recently moved from Chicago, Illinois to the Atlanta area in lieu of a job transferWe've rented from Provence Real Estate (The Centre at Peachtree Corners) for just over monthsUpon moving here in month two we've unfortunately discovered that our apartment building has roach infestationThat was not disclosed to usWe are certain this issue did not come from us, as one we're cleanTwo, we sold all of our furniture prior to moving to AtlantaProvence has since failed to dissolve this issueWe've been treated several times (the source problem units declined service - per suggestion from the treatment crew) but due to the fact no evictions have been made, as well as lazy solutions to treat the problem we've had no luckThis is extremely frustrating! We've been in contact with the corporate office to be released from our lease but in typical fashion they've declinedWe then asked to be moved from the apartment building to a townhouse for our trouble

Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Conduct First I wanted to mention my final rent bill I was charged $minus my security deposit of $leaving me with $ I was told by [redacted] (the property manager at the [redacted] Apartments) that the unit was leased as of Sept which would leave me with a prorated rent of $($ [redacted] days / days) minus $dollars leaving me with $ You mentioned there was a $dollar late fee making the total $ Where does the remaining $dollars come from? As I mentioned to you on the phone I was never notified my rent payment for September was revoked until Sept (after I emailed the [redacted] Apartments) when they had known about revocation since Sept Why am I responsible for the late payment in that case? [redacted] (a [redacted] Apartments staff member) confirmed she had my rent payment on Sept Furthermore, I wanted to document the unprofessional conduct of the [redacted] Apartment

This company does not answer the phone nor return phone calls regarding payment of a remaining balanceNo way to contact them On May 24, 2018, I ended my lease agreement with the [redacted] located in Mobile, AlabamaI set up a month payment arrangement with the company and have arranged to pay the remaining balance on June 24, July 24, and August Today, I attempted to pay the last payment of $to the company and be completely free of my lease and agreementHowever, I was informed that my payment could not be accepted by the leasing office at all because the apartment complex, as well as sister properties, had been bought out by another companyThe apartment's office staff alleged that they only had the phone number to Provence Real Estate and no other information to give me as far as where my final payment would go and how to pay itI am based in Mississippi now and there is no way that I can handle this issue in person and I and very disappointed that I ha

I was never contacted by the corporate office after receiving a message on 08/15/that someone would be contacting me shortly
I contacted corporate office in regards to a situation that happened with the manager at one of their leasing properties on 07/07/I first attempted to use the contact form but it did not work on your website so I called and left a voicemail on 07/11/I also reached out on FB on 07/11/where the message was viewed but no one respondedI received a response on 08/15/stating that someone would contact shortly however I have not received a call, email or fb message since then
