I have been their member in the early and the account worked but since December the account stopped working and they charge me every month until now and the account is inactive

I was told I would be receiving all this free gifts, but I never received anything free. I chose the payments instead of the full charge and even the shipping cost was $20 dollars. I could go on and on but. When I received the program I was disappointed to find it was just some books. The first day I chose to send it back. They advertise money back guarantee however when I call they said I had to cover cost again. Which cost $13 dollars to ship back. They also told me I would not be getting my original shipping cost back. So all and all I'm out of $33 dollars to a program I didn't use or benefit from. In closing this would be a waste of your time and money!

I had signed up for a 3-month Online Membership for Food Lover's and after a few hours of reviewing the website and it's tools, I realized that it wasn't going to work out for me. I called in to request a cancellation and refund and was told they do not provide refunds for their online "service". I said that their website had multiple places were it stated a 100% Money back Guarantee but they insisted they do not provide refunds for their online "service".

I asked if she could refer me to a place on their website where they state they do not provide refunds for their online "service" and she said they didn't have that stated anywhere.

If you were on their website buying this either 2-week trial or actually paying for it, it states two things right under where you add it to your cart:

Nowhere on these two statements did I think I would NOT get a refund if I was not satisfied with their online product. If you don't provide the same "100% Money back Guarantee" with your "Online Service" then DON'T place those two statements on the page you place your order for the "Online Service"!!!!!!! Don't state "We want you to be 100% satisfied with every one of our products, or we'll give you your money back" if you don't give people their money back for SOME of your products!!!!

I asked to speak with a supervisor, they said they don't have any.

This is not the first online service I have used and other companies will cancel your log-in so you can't access their services/tools/etc and issue a refund within a decent time. Had I been using this for a month or two and THEN been not satisfied and wanted a refund, I can respect them saying no. But come on, it was 24 hours ago that I made the purchase, but that still didn't phase their so called "customer service rep".

VERY poor customer service, VERY deceptive sales. I wouldn't even recommend the Online Service itself after such a horrible "customer service" experience.

Order the program and didn't understand it. Their customer service was very helpful.
