Review: I signed up for this online program for a free trial. After signing up I discovered I was pregnant and unable to continue with the plan. With a few rough weeks of pregnancy I signed on to cancel the service and was given a number to call. For over two weeks I have tried to call, chat and email this company for help with this problem with no assistance. I am constantly left on hold with no one to talk to and I believe they have now billed me for a service I have been trying to cancel BEFORE I was charged.Desired Settlement: I'd like them to make it easier for people to cancel their accounts and I'd like a refund of any money they took out of my account.

Review: On November 6, 2013 I looked into a weight loss program. On November 9th, I emailed and asked that my 3 week free program be cancelled and that I no longer wished their services. I received a cancellation email dated November 12th. I found out today, they deducted $64.87 out of my checking account on November 26. And, on December 4 they took out $59.99 and they will again on January 6 take another $59.99. I contacted them by phone and they told me because I didn't call them personally I didn't cancel. I have proof of my email of November 9th and the statement that I was closed dated November 12.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of all monies paid to them from my account.
