The best thing I have done for myself in 15 years is trusting in this company. I got my Modification after 10 months of me stressing but they done everything they said that they would do. My Mortgage payments are very low but includes my escrow. What I am saying I can work part time if I wanted to. PFA is who they say they are and you will just have to trust them to do what they say. I am sleeping better now since I got my new mortgage with my loan servicer. I could not have done this without them. Thank God for the phone call that I started not to answer. Thanks to everyone that helped me over there at PFA and Happy New Tear!!!!!!
