PFR performed contracted services for [redacted] Condominiums which included emergency water damage restoration and structural repairs for several units The contracted services performed for [redacted] and [redacted] consisted of packing and storage of salvageable contents while their unit was undergoing repairs [redacted] s insisted on hiring their own electrician That being said, once PFR removed the ceiling and walls, and the electrician performed their service [redacted] called PFR to come and begin to plaster A week later the electrician stated that he was in fact not done and had to remove some areas to finish Therefore, there was some patchwork Any damaged contents left in the unit had to remain until the adjuster gave approval for the contents to be disposed.The appliances remained because the homeowners were giving them to their son who lived in NJI am sorry that the [redacted] s are not happy with the services performed by PFR However, they contracted PFR to only pack out and store their contents The company has looked into the other issues stated in the complaint
