*** *** ---2/9/16I received a phone call from MrChris S*** early in the week about three weeks ago I did not record the exact date MrS*** wanted to come to my home a third time in an attempt to pick in my stove I informed him that I did not want him back here How do you explain it to someone that if you did not get it right the 2nd time, How do you rate a 3rd chance? Carbon monoxide is nothing that I want to play around with He tried to inform me that it was not CO that set off my CO alarm that is the only times ever that the CO alarm went off The fire department came It was registered on the monitor display that it was CO The Firemen had their monitors to detect CO They went through maneuvers to clear the house of the CO They opened windows, doors, and used heavy duty fans to clear my house of CO, and they turned off my gas supply to assure that I did not use the stove I informed MrS*** that he was a "Scam", and that if he wanted to clear his name and do the right thing then return to me my $ He informed me that his company is in the business of making money He should not be in the business of scamming people MrS*** did not repair my stove !! My stove is still just sitting and nonfunctioning until I can come up with dollars for Frigidaire to send me a repair person who knows about the product and knows how to repair stoves He stated that he was going to respond to Revdex.com in writing I have not heard from Revdex.com his response In my opinion, MrS*** is considered a scammer, and the problem is not resolved with meI will notify The *** ** *** to be on the look out for him.Sincerely,*** ** ***

[redacted]---To [redacted];This message is a follow up to the conversation that we had last Friday afternoon. Like a explain Authorized Appliance Repair, LLC. after multiple atents to fix the refrigerator they decided to give me a full refund. As part of the agreement they were going to remove the parts installed by them, as they did. This was Saturday August 1, early that day I had a phone call from The manager telling me their decision, minutes later I had a call from the technician confirming the decision, at that time I give him my mailing address, since the appliance was located in a rental property. He assure me that the refund was going to be send right at way.In August 5 I had a call from the manager asking me if a have receive the check, I told him no and he just said to wait a bit longer. The following week (8-11) I called the company back inquiring about my refund, he (the manager) said that he was going to contact the technician to figure out why I did not received the check. I was told as well that he was going to call me back as soon he had any information. Today is Sunday, August 16 and I still waiting for his call.As far I’m conser the problem still not answered  in a satisfactory way, regardless what they claim. If you need more information my phone number is [redacted]Thank you[redacted]Complaint ID [redacted]  [redacted]  [redacted]
