Review: I took out a very high-interest loan loan of 139.13% (not to my better judgement) with Western Sky for $2525 in June 2012. I paid $294.46 for a whole year without missing any payments and could no longer make the payments because my overtime was cut out. My got previous manager at my place of employment. I called Providence Group and was told they were calling about the Western Sky loan. I had no money at the time and told them such. I got a message on my direct line on 2/6/14 that if I didn't call and make payment arrangements right away I was being served that day. I called and agreed to pay $100 (which I had to borrow that day) and $195.50 bi-weekly using my debit card. I felt pressured to make an arrangement I couldn't afford. I received a payment agreement with no business address and a totally different phone number than the one I called previously ###-###-####. That number goes straight to a vocemail that doesn't announce a business name. I didn't have enugh money in my account on 3/14/14 and my payment was declined. My previous manager came to me today and said that she had a message that I was being served on 3/18/14 (she was out sick). I called back the number and explained that payment arrangement was too steep. They wouldn't allow me to make any other arrangements and I was told that I'm going to be served (again). I asked [redacted] not to contact me or my manager at my job again. I beleive this company is using unethical collection procedures. I do want to pay this bill but feel I'm being harrassed.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to quit harrassing me on my job and using threats to collect their money.
