We just closed on our new build May Our home didn't have faucets or toilets up until the day we closedIt actually delayed our close of escrow and we had to go back to title a second time to resign all of our docsWhat's frustrating is they knew of this issue for weeks and did nothing about itThey ended up installing faucets from the model home so that we could closeIt's been over a month since we moved in and we still don't have the faucets we are supposed to haveThe salesperson doesn't return emails or phone messagesThe only way to reach him is to go down and sit in the officeThe interior paint is very sloppyWhen we did our final walk through we marked areas to be fixed, and they painted with a different color so now you can see exactly where they "fixed" itThere are drip marks throughout, it looks very rushedOur dryer outlet was also wired incorrectlyI don't know how it passed inspectionLong story short, it fried two dryers before we realized it was the outlet and not the dryers malfunctioningThey did reimburse us for our dryer since it was their faulty wiring that broke itOther minor things keep coming up that shouldn't be happening in a brand new home (Outside gate was broken, carpet tacks are sticking up throughout the house and there is a very noticeable carpet seam that runs the length of the entire living room, toilet paper holder fell off the wall)The only positive is their customer service department is quick to respondOverall, workmanship is poorThey are rushing to finish these houses and the quality level is definitely sufferingThis house was supposed to be an upgrade for us but our cheap starter home never gave us the headache we've had here

I feel my issue should have been resolved but was notIf you want a cheap home because of cheap labor this is the placeWould of spent more money on home knowing what I know nowBuyer beware
