My wife and I are retired and live in Titusville flWe use Coastel Septic ServicesOur septic was drained and cleaned in June of 2015, service was excellent and our system would not need to be serviced for at least to years, we also use Pro Pump from them and works great, use it twice a year and you are fineOne year later, our system went down and was full, something was wrong , we needed service againTo say the least, I was upset with coastal, the cost was dollors and being on S.Sit was tough to understand what happenedThe servise was again great, but why a year later did I need service? I called the office still upset, but they were extremilly understanding and set up for a superviser to come out and see what was wrong, his name was LoniMy son and his wife were here, they had moved in a couple mos befere Lona asked how long they had been living with us and how many showers did they take a day? Reply was long showers every day , We take a day, I was shocked when Loni explained our system was fine, it was their fault over using an old septic systemI would have never known , if it was not for Loni being honest and telling my kids they were at faultNeedless to say, I made them pay the bill and made them move last monthNo problems at all nowLessen for retired people , be carefull if you allow familly to move in and abuse your septic systemI would recomend Coastel Septic to anyone, they are honest and the best in the buisnessAl S***
Truly Noble talks a good game about what they can do and what the cost will be. We asked them to remodel our home. They gave us the price which went up several times during the work. The workmen that they sent to our home stole items from our home that we did not realize until the work was over. They stole jewelry, prescription meds and other items. The company advised us to call the police cause they could not help me. They work was not done well and it took twice as long as it should have. They even cut stone and ceramic tile inside my house. It was a horrific experience that I would not wish on anyone and they were paid top dollar.
My plumber indicated my septic tank needed to emptied at 10 am on Monday morning. His company said they couldn't get out to empty it until Wednesday, and that I should find a hotel until then! That's two nights! I contacted Coastal, and they were able to get out within HOURS! I am most thankful to Coastal for saving me a great deal of time, money and most importantly inconvenience in resolving this serious problem immediately. As a homeowner, nothing is worse than a septic problem, as it ends the usage of all appliances that use water (I.e. toilets, sinks, etc.) effectively leaving you dead in the water (no pun intended). I can't say enough about how professional, quick and cost efficient. I give them a AAA rating on service.
Our Septic Tank was full, everything was backing up. I called my nephew with [redacted] and he immediately said call Coastal Septic, they are the best!
I called Coastal and spoke with Kim and she stated she would have Mike come out the next morning (Saturday). I was so happy that our problem was going to be taken care of in a timely manner, but felt bad that Mike had to work on his Saturday. Mike was great! In fact the process starting with Kim till the end result with Mike was a smooth, caring and easy transaction. Thanks Coastal Septic! Will refer you to everyone I know.
I've done business with Coastal Septic Services for about 12 years now and so far, so good. The guys that come to the house are always friendly and nice and when I have a need to go to their office, the ladies are always so friendly and helpful as well. As long as they continue to do a great job, I'll stick with them.
Filter clogged as expected. Called Coastal and Phil was able to work me in the next day (I took the plug out - better a mess outside than in the house). I wanted the riser lid installed this time so I can clean the filter myself in the future without digging, etc. to remove it. That install would not fit in the schedule until later so Mark came out and cleaned the filter next day and as a loyal customer we agreed in writing I would only be billed later for the install of the riser. I did buy 2 bottles of Pro Pump which Phil explained is good for the entire system not just to help keep the filter clean which I expect to have to clean about every 6 mo in any event to keep the system trouble free. Very pleased with the service and appreciate all the staff did to get me going again in Titusville!
I called in the morning needing their services and Coastal fit me into their schedule the same afternoon, which was greatly appreciated.
The guys were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. This is the second time I have used Coastal Septic Services and I will continue to do so over the years to come.

This is my first dealings with Coastal Septic and it was a very pleasant experience. My mother needed her septic tank replaced and the dealings were painless. Jenn in the office was very efficient and knowledgeable and every aspect was explained to me. The workers were very cordial and explained what was being done in terms I could understand.
