I received services deemed unnecessary.(not a preventative care or related to come current health)I was then charged without warning.
I was given 2 shots in office that the Dr said I needed; on 5/15/17. I was never informed that these shots were not necessary. I say they were not necessary because that is what my insurance provider informed me. I was then billed without being informed prior to treatment. At the time I was given shots unaware of the cost associated. I talked to Heather in billing who informed me I could make payment arrangements.I asked why would I pay for something that I didn't need? I will be 70 years old in 10 days. I dont waste money on excess. This doctor has me coming to the office in excess of 1 every other month. Why does the office function in such excess? I am healthy that I know of. I expect my doctor to have my best interest in mind. Not sending me exuberant bills or giving me unnecessary services. I would like to be refunded and assured that services requiring payment of me be disclosed prior to.

If you want to wait a hour to two hours waiting to see a doctor than go here. The front staff is rude. The doctor is nice. Hard to get an appointment usually a month out. The wait is crazy long.
