My car was parked outside of my office when Providence Roofing team began work At no time did they ask us to move our cars Towards the end of the work (they were shouting at each other, making a lot of unnecessary noise throughout)debris was flying all over - it was so bad that I could not step outside my office When I left that day I noticed droplets of some substance all over my car along with other roof debris I took it and had it washed thinking it would take care of it but noticed that where the substance was there was now pitted paint where the car had been damaged from the work All they had to do was ask us to move our cars but their neglect ended in damage to my car (less than years old) Though I was promised that the company owner would contact me with the insurance information they have not I have left numerous
You can't say this about most contractors, but when John came to my house in response to my call for help with a leak by my chimney, he said, and I quote - "You really don't need me - just get a handyman to do some re-caulking".
Really!! John could have told me ANYTHING, and I would have believed him.
When a roofing contractor tells you the fix is easy, and recommends not spending money on him - that is the guy I will call when I really need some serious work done!
This business deserves a SERIOUS "LIKE".
