In response to your request for response, iOttie offers the following: 1. On December **, 2015, a complaint was lodged by *** *** *** to iOttie’s customer service2. On December **, 2015, iOttie investigated the complaint and
responded with a suggestion to remove the mark on the dashboard3. *** *** was not satisfied with iOttie’s response and informed iOttie he would speak with his attorneyIn turn iOttie referred *** *** to iOtties counsel and they spoke to *** *** on or about March *, 4. iOttie responded that there was a warning label on the product package clearly stating as follows: “To avoid the possibility of marks or harm to select dashboards, we recommend you to place the mount onto your windshield.” “iOttie recommends to use included dashboard pad for all dashboard mounting, this will help counting on curved and textured surfaces as well as prevent any potential dashboard damageUse of the dashboard pad is not required on the windshield.” 5. On or about May **, 2016, iOttie received this complaint from Revdex.com. iOttie does not wish to have unsatisfied customers but always needs to be consistent with all of its customersiOttie is committed to excellence in service and will refund or replace the item purchased through *** that the customer purchased

worked with *** *** *** to provide him a solution to the issue he had facedHe had e-mailed us originally on Friday, September *** and we had responded that same day asking for proof of purchaseWe then went home for the weekendWe then responded to him Monday, September *** with a solution. We believe this issue at hand should be solved currently.Thank you
