 Refunding the product does not fix or replace the dash of my car or any of the many other cars that have been affected. Knowingly selling a product with an accessory that is designed to go on the dash and not taking responsibility for your actions is criminal, also I have tried multiple times to contact your firm and either your lawyer is too busy or isnt available, the most I was able to talk with him was about 2 minutes and even then he couldnt really talk. At this point the only solution is to solve the problem you have caused to not only me but many other people including people on your own [redacted] page. Again all I want is the damage caused by your product to be fixed as it should be. If you do this I have no reason to carry this on any further and that will be the end. Just do right by your customers.

Hello,In regards to the issue at hand, we have...

worked with [redacted] to provide him a solution to the issue he had faced. He had e-mailed us originally on Friday, September [redacted] and we had responded that same day asking for proof of purchase. We then went home for the weekend. We then responded to him Monday, September [redacted] with a solution. We believe this issue at hand should be solved currently.Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory if, in fact, I do hear from Iottie for refund and replacement.  And I further stress that I DID, in fact, send 3 emails to them from their 'automatic email response to customer service' on their website.  As to why they 'never' received any of those email responses is an IT problem on their end.I await contact from Iottie as soon as possible.
