To Whom It May Concern:
"All Credit is O.K." means that we do deal with all creditEach bank has criteria that they follow based on credit scoresYour score is "XXX" based on Experian/Fair Isaac Auto Loan Model. You would need at least 30% downIn your credit application you
stated "I would like to have no down payment or a deferred down payment." We do not have any credit lenders who will lend with that criteria, as a result of your request for "no down or Deferred down" you were sent an "Adverse Action" notice. That letter informs you that we cannot provide credit to you at this time based on the terms you requested. We will be happy to request credit when you have a down payment"All Credit is OK" does not mean that we can get you financed with zero downTo clarify: your application was not rejected based on your credit but on the terms you requestedPlease feel free to contact us if you have further questions!

The Civic was purchased on 05/18/2014, at which time you were explained documents that you signed. As a first time buyer, you are limited by risk to who will lend to you.  The finance company who approved you, charges a higher interest rate for taking on that risk.  As...

far as interest (Finance Charges), you can reduce those charges by paying off sooner than the agreed term. I am not sure where you came up with the $1550-2000 value but the price of the car is determined Auto Trader local market analysis. The price that you paid was the advertised price which is with in the market values even today. You signed a Carfax on that day as well showing that the vehicle did and does have a clean history.
You made your first deferred payment on 06/01. On 06/17, you dropped off the car and said that the brakes were slow to engage. The mechanics picked up the car on 06/18 and checked out the brakes and could find nothing wrong with the car. We called that day and several days in a row to let you know the car was ready for pick up. You did not respond to any of our calls. On 06/23 you filed a complaint with Revdex.com. This was the first time that you brought any of this to our attention.
On 06/21, you came in with your Dad. [redacted] again explained  to you all of the facts regarding your credit situation. At that time you told him that you would be back to talk with the Finance company on Monday.
On 06/23, you came in with your Pastor. Once again the facts regarding your credit situation and the price of the vehicle were explained to you. We offered to submit your application to 2 other lenders for their review but you declined.  At that time you picked up your vehicle and seemed to understand the basis of your Revdex.com complaint.
We would ask that you remove your complaint since the issue has been resolved.
