Provident Commercial Lending

Review: Provident contacted me about a commercial loan the middle of March. They told me I was pre approved for the loan. They stated they have someone write the business plan for $450 and they would re write it as many times [redacted] needed to get the loan.

At first they would contact me regularly and let me know what was going on. Now as of July I have emailed them wondering on the status of the loan. The last response was you should of heard something by now I will make a phone call and get back with you. That was 7/8/2014 and I have emailed them at least 8 times with no reply. I would like to know what is going on. Seems like once they got my money contact has slowed to nothing. I have even tried calling and all I get is a voice mail.Desired Settlement: I am tired of waiting just give me the money that I gave for the business plan back, because seems like they are not even trying to get the loan.

Review: We gave this company $575.00 to do a SBA loan app. We have had not luck with contacting them or having them return our calls or emails. Before doing anything with them, we check the Revdex.com in their area and found no complaints. We thought they were a good company. We have contacted the SBA office and they have no app on us, yet Provident said we were already approved. The person we are dealing with is named "[redacted]". What would be our next step? They told us we would be able to receive a refund it load couldn't be done within 60 days. This was started on April 5.
