An online purchase was made on November 27, My credit card was charged but no delivery or tracking details have been provided, despite attempts Order # [redacted] was placed on November online to purchase a large-format printer and one roll of printer paperA confirmation email was sent to meI've checked the Fleet Network Canada website multiple times since then and December 29, and the order states "Awaiting Tracking Update" with no indication as to the status of the order or whether the order has even been shippedMy credit card was charged the full amount:$594.17, including GST and $for shipping - even though shipping was supposed to be no chargePayment method was by [redacted] .I have sent two messages to the company via their online message system, with no replyI called the company's customer service line ( [redacted] ) on two occasions on December 11: each time, no matter how long I waited on hold, the automated message indicated that I was 4th in lineI

Thank you for your attention: I have been a Provident Credit Union Member since ***Recently, their online support has been terribleIn [redacted] , my banking account information was not updated for over a weekI called and they said it would be correctedUnfortunately, nothing happenedI eventually had to go into a branch office to have the problem resolved hours laterIn addition, I recently inquired ( [redacted] ) using their online BillPay system about a payment to the [redacted] in [redacted] [redacted] sent a letter stating they had not received payment and I had incurred a $ [redacted] late fee dated [redacted] 12th [redacted] ***I have heard no response from Provident about my initial inquirySo, I have send a second inquiry and third inquiryI am frustrated with the lack of online support and transparencyMy main objective is to ensure my bills get paid on-time and there is clear and consistent communicationSeriously Concerned, [redacted] ***

Provident Credit Union has some excellent employees at their branch level, especially in Walnut CreekAlways was a pleasure to do in-branch transactionsHowever in recent years if you have to call the main office or deal with the out-sourced VISA credit card people it becomes a total nightmareProvident has apparently cut corners and costs by using an outfit in Florida that makes so many mistakes it is astonishing What was once one of the best financial institutions in the Bay Area is now worse than [redacted] or other banks that have a terrible back-end, charge excessive fees, and blame the customer if anything goes wrongHopefully Provident can reverse this trend and once again become a great credit unionUntil then we'll be taking our business elsewhere and no longer recommending them

Beware!!! They charge you NSF for what MIGHT be charged to your debit account not what is actually charged!! My actual balance never dipped below 0 yet I was charged NSF. It’s normal practice for gas stations to hold an amount then charge you for what is actually used, it ludicrous a banking institution would charge you NSF based on this. When I contacted customer service they said to talk to the company that held it, hello! You are the one charging fees for what MIGHT happen not based on your actual balance.
