Considering that Mr***'s home was listed for sale to the public, it seems odd that he would not want mail from someone wanting to buy his house
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and we have made note not to send Mr*** any mail in the future

In regards to the response that Provident Home Solutions
sent. I have to say Provident Home Solutions has sent far more than 6 pieces of
junk mail from the time I closed in Late February 2014. The actual amount of
junk mail I have received is equivalent to 1 per week or 1 every other week for
about 4 months. I feel harassed & the whole experience has been very
annoying. This home never was a re-sale home it was a new build I met with the
builder, picked out the options, signed a contract & watched as it was
built. If you are interested in buying a home you can go into the sales office
& do a ground up build as I did. I went by the sales office to check &
see if my home was ever listed & they could not find a listing on the [redacted].
I should not have to call multiple times & go to the
Revdex.com to get Provident Home Solutions to stop harassing me. I
never signed up for a service, I never had this home listed on the [redacted] & I
have been harassed from late February 2014 through now. I find it odd that when
I called Provident Home Solutions 2 different times and asked to taken off
their list & explained both times that this was a new build & is not for sale I
still continued to receive harassing junk mail. I feel that Provident Home
Solutions should receive the bad feedback it deserves on your RevDex.com rating for the harassment.
The best solution is that Provident Home Solutions stops
harassing me & they receive a bad rating with the Revdex.com for harassment.
Best Regards

Review: I closed on my home in February 2014. Shortly after closing I started to receive junk mail from Provident Home Solutions. First off I would like to say that I NEVER inquired for information or services from Provident Home Solutions. From late February 2014 through late June 2014 (a solid 4 months) I have had a steady stream of unwanted advertisements, approx. 3 to 5 pieces of mail per month. Back in the end of April 2014 I called the number listed on the junk mail & explained that I bought this home & closed on it & I am not looking to sell this home I was told that I would be taken off the mailer list & it would take 2 to 4 weeks to take effect. During the month of May 2014 I have continued to receive the junk mailers. I called again during the first week of June 2014 & asked again & explained the circumstances & was told the same thing. Since the first call it has been approx. 7 weeks I have received another 6 letters explaining that they have a transferred engineer looking to buy our home. I would like all forms of advertisements to stop.Desired Settlement: I would like Provident Home Solutions to STOP Harassing me, I do not want any other forms of advertisements or solicitation to sell my home, I never signed up for a service or asked for them to contact me.

They were great. They provided both knowledge and comfort during our initial discussions and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. They are true professionals.

Rob, Jeremy and the entire team at AZ Short Sale were extremely professional and delivered upon 100% of their commitments! After unsuccessfully trying to negotiate with my lender for over a year, and having no success in selling my home on my own, I turned to AZ Short Sale and am so grateful that I did! Although a skeptic at first, AZ Short Sale came in and accomplished what I could not in getting my lender to lower which allowed them to sell the home in less than 4 months! This was a GREAT win-win solution and I couldn't have been happier with the results! The team was proactive, courteous, professional and I recommend them highly!
