This issue is a lack of communication We never told the customer not to winterize the tub Obviously water will freeze in the winter! We also attempted to contact them many times with no call back To make a long story short, the customer admitted that it was mostly their
fault, and we have now finalized the repair and the customer agreed to remove the complaint completely, so hopefully they follow through. Thanks

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because
Luckily my husband and I will never do business with this companyThey have obviously had so called years without getting caught, or if they were only forked over $out of their "very full kitty"Buyer beware, the item sold to us was disclosed to us as a "red tag" item, we knew we were getting an "in stock" item not a factory reconditioned model! Sad to say I am sure many have been decided! My husband never said it was ok, he told the sales person we would get back to him, it's not what we ordered, that's when the $bet came into play! Shady, deceitful, verbally abusive must be commonplace practices here! Maybe no one filed a complaint because they were never told about their product and the defect was not noticeable! Hoping everyone gets the clear message not to trust this establishment, it wasn't an oversight, they are very shrewd scammers and should not be able to represent the valued name of jacuzzi! Buyer beware!

This is what happened.....he left a deposit, then wanted to cancel We told him to simply come by with the card and we would swipe it for a refund We do not keep customer's card info on file, and we won't do a refund over the phone....there's too much cc fraud!! He never came in,
and ended up filing a dispute with his cc company, so the money was taken out of our account and given back to him that way So we don't need to run a refund at this point

I'm very sorry, but I'm not going to be PC here This lady is a complete ***.We are the largest Jacuzzi dealer in the country, and as you can see here, have an A+ rating with Revdex.com We have thousands of happy customers This lady bought a stock tub, and we have many red tags in
stock Red tags are simply tubs that had a small cosmetic defect when manufactured, and Jacuzzi repairs the defect at the factory and sells them at a discount, which allows us to sell them at a discount People LOVE getting these tubs, because they're less expensive, and you literally can't even see the repairs They're brand new tubs with full warranties. That being said, we ALWAYS tell customers when they're getting a red tag, because they are discounted! In this particular case, my partner made an honest mistake and didn't realize it was a red tag PRIOR TO DELIVERY, we called her husband and explained it to him, and he said he was fine with it We told him if he can even find the repair when we delivered the tub, we would give him a full refund PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $200! Basically, we were "betting" him $he couldn't find it.After telling us he was fine with it, he then emailed us the next day saying he was cancelling because his wife was furious I attempted to speak to her, but she was completely irrational, calling us scammers and shady REALLY???? What is shady about calling the customer PRIOR TO DELIVERY to admit our mistake?? We have a DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!!!! Anybody that buys a tub from us can return it for a full refund for any reason within days Does that sound like we're trying to scam anyone? I promise you, I could have delivered that tub to her, never said a word, and she would have never known it was a red tag BUT THAT'S NOT HOW WE OPERATE!!!!! We operate with integrity, WHICH IS WHY WE CALLED THEM!!!!I'm glad this happened, I would rather not do business with her anyway Would have been nothing but problems in the future
