On September 26,2014 I went to [redacted]. home to take the renewal class for CPR card. I paid Mr. [redacted] $50 cash for the class and he never issued me my CPR card. I have called and left him numerous messages and he haven't replied to my calls. On Nov.3,2014 Mr. [redacted] text and ask who is this I text back and said "[redacted] and that I want a refund for my CPR class because I haven't received my CPR card." He didn't reply back to my text. The receipt that Mr. [redacted] gave me had Southern [redacted] ([redacted]).I called [redacted] on October 31,2014 and asked them about my CPR card. The lady said the he is know longer affiliated with them and not accredited to teach CPR. He shouldn't be able to portray to be CPR instructor.Product_Or_Service: CPR cardDesired SettlementI would like my $50 back and like everyone know that this is a SCAM Business Response Contact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]I have been in contact with the customer for the CPR training that was received. I did receive an email from the training center I was with at that time after the training. Stating that I was no longer a member of that training center and that all of my records will be transferred to another training center. But let me state that I am not a scam. I am a certified CPR instructor with a instructor ID. number . I have contacted the customer and we have agreed to meet. So she will receive her full refund of 50.00. As well as she will receive a receipt of the refund.Consumer Response Ms. [redacted] called in said the business called her back & gave her the refund. Requested to close case.
