I live here as of rightnow, I have lived here for years with no issues at all but that also when the other company owned itSince providian real estate bought chalkville apartments on Grayson valley drive they have gone down bad We have had a leaking sink for months that the maintenance man has known about but will not fix, broken bathtub for months now hasn't been fixed, we had a over head light over our stove replaced and the guy broke my glass stove covers in return the maintenance guy said he would put in a new stove so he wouldn't have to pay for our stove covers, well the stove was too small leaving a big open gap that my child kept sticking his arm in , when we asked him to put spacers in he cut up some wood and screwed it to our counter and along the side, my child cut his leg on the wood sticking out and now our dishwasher barley opens Our carpet is so cheap it started to come loose between our kitchen and dining area and the nails that are underneath keep stabbing my sons feet everytime he walks to the kitchen Our maintenance man is here days a week but instead of fixing things he's hanging out with of the tenants We also had an issue with one of the tenants back in may, he was arrested for assulting me, my mother and husband, stated that he had not taken his medication that day and it made him go offSince then my family children and I feel as if we can't even go outside because he takes photos of my two small kids, set up cameras that are pointed on our patio and videos everything we do We have made several complaints to Ann and Brody in the office but nothing was doneAnd about weeks we received a letter stating we had to be out in 30days because they would not renew our lease, then we got threats for eviction We asked why we had to be out and not the tenant who was arrested for assulting us and has had other police reports for harassmentThey answered back saying that there were too many of us living here which is bs because everyone here has 5-people living in a bed room of the of us living here are under age And we're also not allowed to have pets but one lady who had animals in here bed room apartment lets them all crap in the yardAnd everyone steps in it This whole company needs to learn how to treat people and run a complex
