Provincial Club Towing (1971) Ltd

Apr 16, 2016. I was in [redacted] on Albert Street in Regina shopping. I shopped for awhile. When I was walking out the door with my purchases, I looked and my truck was being towed.The driver was coming in the store to have his form signed and I asked why my truck was being towed. He said someone in [redacted] had called to have it towed. My truck is 3 months old, black, and I park as far away from the front door as I can to avoid door dings, etc. I assumed they called because figured no one in their store would park way over there. No one would admit in the store they had called but finally agreed to pay the towing. I went out and looked and when the driver put the lights on top of my truck, he put deep scratches in my paint. I said can you verify this is where you had the lights, and he said "Yes, I will tell my boss that."The manager at [redacted] said I had to go to Provincial Club towing to deal with them.When I got there, he had been warned by the driver I was coming. He just stood and stared at me. [redacted]On the way out the door he kept telling me he was NOT even going to deal with me if I didn't "dial it down". I said "FINE!! Come and look at it." He kept telling me if I don't quit yelling (which I wasn't) he wasn't doing anything. I want you to look at it. [redacted] He told me "my driver said you wiped the dirt off to take a picture!!! HUH? Then he told me he would F[redacted] fight me right now if I didn't get the F[redacted] off his property. Another customer told me he had just finished telling the EXACT same thing. I phoned and he said we're NOT talking. I said we can talk now or in court. He slammed the phone in my ear and said "see you in court!"Desired SettlementI will be filing a claim. I'm NOT paying for it to be repainted!! [redacted]

Requested my 04 f350 superduty be dropped off at and picked up from [redacted] to get my [redacted] serviced. we asked to have the driver wait 20 minutes for service to be done they said okay. the driver dropped the vehicle and left with out notifying the tech at [redacted].and did not wait. I then called tow company asking why they left and the driver said they didnt no when they would get to it, [redacted] had to push my 10,000 pound truck by hand. also they said the driver never came into the building.. I ended up recieving my truck 4 hours later WITH DAMAGE!! they wrapped chains around my rims and chipped and cut the line x spray. I spent 4 hours per rim sandblasting plus paint costs. as well as the driver got in the truck, got mud on my leather steering wheel, mud on leather seats and my seat belt after spending 3.5 hours detailing the interior. I then called club towing and explained my situation [redacted] I said your driver had chains around my rims and he claims no flat deck driver in the world is dumb enough to wrap chains around wheels. the paint chips and dents say otherwise. [redacted]Product_Or_Service: tow serviceOrder_Number: 487527Desired SettlementI want this company to pay to have my interior professionally detailed as I sprayed, cleaned, scrubbed my interior for 3.5 hours to have this happen,and pay for all damgages. to fix this issue my truck has to go to tire shoop to have my rims seperated from tires at unknown cost and blast the rims @3-4 hours a piece @ shop rate of 115$hr plus cost of line x spray and what ever time it takes to remove wheels and down time of my vehicle causing my loss of revenue, being a truck used for service
