Everything went exactly as I was told it would, which if you have ever moved is rarely the case The customer service was fabulous, they were in contact during the whole move The driver Mark was by far & away the BEST I have ever worked with He took extra time, cost & care to pack my things properly when my OTHER movers failed to do so He was on time, had scouted the location & was ready with the best way to deliver my contents I would use them again in a heartbeat!!

Moving, in general, is an overall stressful experience Dircks' crew made it AWESOME instead of awful!! Mike's quote was straightforward & easy to understand He followed up and answered all of my questions with no delay Our packers were on time, courteous, clean & proficient Our driver, John, was awesome! He came in a day early to start inventory & make suggestions & ensure that everything was packed & ready for the loading process The driver & the loaders were amazing! SO courteous, SO patient, SO GOOD! We moved houses into smaller house & the delivery location was inaccessible to the big van so they had to us a smaller truck for the entire load Never, in the entire process, did I hear a whisper of aggravation, foul language or impatience! On the delivery end, John & the unloading guys were fantastic - even moving an entire bedroom into the upstairs thru the window! Ginger, in the office, was great about follow up and coordination from start to after the delivery Not that I want to have to move, again, but DIRCKS & Mayflower would be the FIRST company I'd contact & there'd have to be a huge difference in price & promised service before I'd go with a different mover THANKS to everyone at DIRCKS!!!
