The teams at both ends of our move from Florida to Arizona were excellentOur experience was outstanding

I have used this company before and had great serviceBut this time my wife's engagement ring came up missing, found the open box that was removed from her purse on the kitchen counterDirks denies itTwo of the closets they were supposed to have packed were not touchedFurniture was not completely reassembled, was handed a bag of extra parts and told they didn't know what they went tooAnd to top things off when I called about the ring they said call the police, I did, and one of the crew was arrested and put in handcuffs in the front yard of my new houseI would stay as far away as you can from this companyThey take no accountability or responsibility for their employeesI also paid for the time the police were interviewing and arresting their employee

I hired Dirck to move my residence from Phoenix, AZ to Deer Lodge, MTLet me start off by saying the packers/loaders were excellentOn 11/25/they showed up to pack and load my residenceAbout half-way through, one of their loaders was injuredI walked into my house to see him holding his bleeding handI asked if he needed to go to the hospital and he stated he didI drove him from my residence to the Emergency Room at [redacted] in Mesa, AZUpon returning, I was informed by the only other loader there that he would have to finish the whole job himself (leaving a fridge, washer, dryer, queen bed, california king bed, and other items to be loaded by one man)My neighbor and I began to help him and finished loading approxhour laterI contacted the company and they stated they could provide me a $credit toward my $bill which would come out of the drivers pocket (also the injured party)I did not think this was fair and said noUpon arrival in MT, the driver re

Dircks, and Mayflower, managed our mile move at a Platinum level of service, performance, communication and care What more could you ask for? Sincerely, Jim

D [redacted] Moving moved my household contents on Oct14th and delivered them to my new home on Oct15th The signed quote indicated certain items would be placed in protective cartons I was charged $for these cartons and I was charged $for packing these items in the cartons and $for unpacking I did not see any cartons usedAll of the items that were supposed to be in these cartons were loaded into the moving van without being placed in the cartons I have emailed Matt D [redacted] times since the move about this In the last email he stated my items were placed in cartons in the moving van out of my sight and unpacked in the van upon arrival I really doubt this happened The whole reason for purchasing the cartons was to protect the items Don't you think they would be placed in the cartons in my house, put in the moving van and the cartons unloaded at my new house? I do not think there were any cartons used I sure did not see any and if I purchased them, I

We had Dircks move us in April 29thThe movers/packers were really nice and easy to work with but as the day progressed things just went downhillI had packed the majority of my house and Dircks packed the kitchen and garage itemsThe problems occurred when the loading of the truck startedI would like to state that Dircks only had to move our items miles to our new houseIn these miles our speakers for our surround sound went missing, not all of them but out of are now missingAlso, the movers loaded the grill on top of our dryer which then dented itA dresser, floor lamp, and our oak furniture were also damaged during this moveThe dresser and floor lamp are no longer usable and are trashOur oak furniture has wood gouges in it, so we obviously can still use it, but it is a sore sightI spoke with people at Dircks, a sales manger, a moving day coordinator, and the claims ladyA few were apologetic but offered no resolution other than to file a claim for the missi

I would recommend Dirk's Moving and Logistics to anyone who is looking for a very conscientious and dependable moving company

We had a local move and from start to finish everyone was knowledgeable, efficient, professional and very helpfulMike B [redacted] came to our home for an estimate, noted everything to be moved or not moved and was correct the first timeWhen we sold some of the furniture to be moved Mike quickly updated the estimate and provided us with a new oneLeonard was our driver and Paul and Marcos loaded and unloadedAll were professional, experienced, helpful, efficient, friendly and really great guysOn a scale of to these guys were a The only glitch was the 3rd party crew that was used to disconnect our refrigerator's ice maker at our old address and then reconnect it at the newSomehow they caused a leak in our RO system that we need to get repairedWe still would rate Dircks a on a scale of to Bob B
