I emailed the details and the owner [redacted] responded by phone with a reasonable quote which was also the final price. I was impressed by the company's 'personal' customer service and was grateful they would do a small move when another company I consulted would not. We communicated a few times before moving day; they were reachable by phone even when travelling and returned my messages promptly. [redacted] handled the move himself which involved one flight of stairs; he was organized and came prepared with a large truck which appeared well maintained and was equipped with dollies and blankets. He arrived on time and had such a professional and positive attitude, that my moving stress disappeared when we met. Provincial Moving & Storage Ltd. was careful with my belongings which were fairly new and also respectful of the properties I was moving to and from. This company's friendliness and patience stood out. Provincial Moving & Storage Ltd. exceeded my expectations and I would use them again.
