Provision Auto Ship

Made arrangements with Provision to ship a pickup truck. They quoted a price of $575.00. They call me and told me they had a driver ready, but he wanted 650.00. After negotiating back and forth, I agreed on the price. They would pick up at 3 pm and drop off the next day. They picked up at 4:30pm. The next day I waited 15 hours, 90 miles away at the drop-off point. No delivery. The dispatch was supposed to call me back with the driver's information, they never did. The following day, I received a call from my brother that the vehicle had been dropped off the previous day. Dispatch never gave the driver my contact information. This whole experience was a clauster[censored] of mistakes create by the dispatcher. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would warn everyone to steer clear of this company. I have shipped before, and the companies I've used have never created a situation like those that I encountered with provision. One other thing, I felt I was nickled and dimmed for more money after a contract had been signed.
