Do not go to provision don't open your doors if they not ignore them they will be pushy and try to push their way in it's a scam they would try to tell you get a card within 7 to 21 days do not believe them I just contacted the better Business bureau and file the complaint they do have an f rating I'm warning you please do not fall victim to this like I did it will charge your bill as well as your electric bill see you get two bills and one and it'll go to your electric company

I just want the gift card that they promised me within 7 to 21 days I also would like the money that they would take for my electric company back and I already canceled my plan so I want right gift card that I was promised

Hello,Thanks for the inquiry Customer contacted our office on January 31st and requesting to cancel her enrollment and requested a copy of her contract that she signed and initialedPer customer's request, the contract was sent to customer on February 5thWe apologize for the frustration regarding the enrollment processWe regret to hear of any situation where a customer no longer desires our services; however, the enrollment form did contain an early termination fee of $if the contract was canceled before the end of the term of October As contracted, Peak procured and scheduled transport full gas requirements to her location for the duration of her enrollment with Peak 6.Customer has an unlimited 30-days after the date of enrollment to cancel the contract without termination feeI'm unsure why customer said she had 3-business days to do soBut, we are willing to waive the $early termination fee so that customer can return to her utilityThe utility will process the cancellation request request at the next available meter read within one or two billing cycles, according to their timeline Best,Provision Power & Gas

Per customer's request, his account has has been canceled and was confirmed by the utility on February 15th with an effective date of March 13thWe are unable to process an immediate cancellation because the utility will processes these cancellations according to their billing timelineThis process was explained and copy of his enrollment form was e-mailed to the customer on February 13thCustomer was enrolled on a fixed rate of $0.4110/Ccf until October with an early termination fee of $if customer canceled before the end termBased on his concern regarding the agent, we agreed to waive the $early termination fee and informed the customer on February 13thAs part of our quality assurance check, the day customer's enrollment was submitted to us, we reached out to the customer as a courtesy and left a message for customer to call us with any questions regarding the natural gas enrollment. Following this, we mailed a welcome letter to the customer that outlined in great detail of the terms and conditions of his enrollmentAdditionally, our contact information was provided in this letter. Hi,Thanks for the inquiry. Ms*** enrolled via door-to-door on February 2, Ms*** contacted our office on January 31, and requested a cancellation. Per customer's request, this account has been canceled and was confirmed by the utility on February 2, 2018.
Ms*** claimed she wasn't home during the enrollment and asked us to send a copy of the enrollment form. Per her request, we e-mailed her the form on January 31st and confirmed that the signature is hers.Ms*** contacted our office again on February 1st and stated that "Just Energy" has come to her door. Ms*** stated in the call that "we must be trading numbers back and forth" which Just Energy (another alternative gas supplier in Michigan). Our supervisor said that was impossible since they not affiliated with our company so it makes no sense for us to trade enrollments or sign her up in a fraudulently in the way she suggested.Additionally, Ms*** stated that the person who came to her door offered a lifetime supply of light bulbs. Provision Power & Gas supplies natural gas, not electric. We believe Ms*** enrolled with Just Energy and is remembering a different situationMs*** should contact Just Energy regarding the enrollment that took place on February 1, as she stated. I'm unsure why customer never received a copy. We apologize for any frustration regarding the enrollment process and regret to hear of any situation where the customer no longer desires our services; however, we are unable to recalculate the bill when the customer has been provided with the correct information and later decided to cancel services.  As contracted, Provision Power & Gas procured and scheduled transport to his location for the duration of his enrollment with Provision. His account was canceled without any fee to do so.Best,Provision Power & Gas

Customer was not assessed an early termination fee for this cancellation. Customer signed and initialed the enrollment form that clearly states the rate is $2.89/Mcf first month, then monthly variable rate.
