While I am very happy with my roof and am not happy with the lack of customer service I have received My roof was installed mid-October I was promised it would take one day for the work to be done It took the better part of two days I left my garage door open and happened to see one of the employees go into my garage, look around and grab a piece of lumber My biggest issue is the fact that they spray painted the edging and got black paint all over my stucco It has been more than three months and they have yet to clean it, as promised I have called twice and gone into the office twice to speak to the manager I was promised they would be out to take care of it today but they didn't show up

We found everyone to be very professional and helpfulThe project manager came to our house and took the time to sit down and discuss his estimate and answered all of our questionsHe always answered my calls or quickly returned themThey did a good job of completing the roof on time and cleaning up!
