I regret it Necessary to make this complaint to the Revdex.comI attempted to figure out The Correct Email address for The Provo Bakery, But, after Numerous attempts, I concluded I Could Not determine Their email addressSo I felt No other choice but to Write to You about the situation
I placed an Order, AS a New customerI thought the Prices RATHER high, but I thought I'd Try them Just the sameI placed a Specific DELIVERY Order, and the Results - to me - Were DeplorableFirst of all, Specific items I ordered WERE NOT included in the deliverySubstitutions were made, W/O my notification Nor consentThen the Date of Requested delivery Was Ignored, and the Order arrived Prior to the requested Delivery DateFinally, there was thoughtlessness IN the delivery, Leaving the order ON THE GROUND, outside my doorstepAs this was Food, I thought that That was Thoughtless AND InconsiderateI do not plan on Ordering FROM The Provo Bakery againThis experience left a Bad i

However, I submit the Following commentary, RE: this experience :A business May claim the right to Limit TO WHOM they provide Services toSuch an attitude, However, IS HOSTILE to The Public at large, and Does Not allow a business to reach its' Full PotentialA GOOD, decent business Strives to Help ANYONE and EVERYONE, within reasonFurthermore, When a Business behaves As PROVO BAKERY did, Ignoring a Customers' requests - substituting Items WITHOUT CUSTOMER CONSENT, and Delivering ON the Wrong day - IN ADDITION TO leaving Food ON THE GROUND, I am surprised Customers PATRONIZE them At AllManagement behavior and/or policies NEED changingTrying to PUT CUSTOMERS' Wishes AHEAD of Their Own IS the only way to establish a Loyal Customer BaseProvo Bakery MAY conclude that An Apology AND a Refund IS SufficientI, were I running such a business However, WOULD try to Go OVER AND BEYOND such a responseTo hear My employee(s) HAD provided an Unpleasant experience, would Get ME to Offer ANOTHER Delivery -OF the bakery items OF the customers' choice - FREEOn the HouseWITH the assurance I would Personally see that NO OTHER customer Had such a Similar miserable experienceSure, THAT takes Extra effort AND kindness, but Businesses that RECOGNIZE the value OF such practices GO FAR in building Their businessWinning the Admiration, AND respect, of The Public.

calling about it, but were not able to reach anyone on the phone number left. We were also not able to leave a message. We didn't have everything on hand that was ordered and called to offer a refund or replacement options. We went with the replacements because we couldn't reach you. We also only offer two options: 1) In-Store Pick-Up or 2) MTC Delivery. You selected MTC delivery to a place other than the MTC. We don't deliver. We offered this as a courtesy because we couldn't reach you.Again, please accept our apologies and a refund has been issued.
