I am rejecting this response because:
the owner is stating what he says happened I did not deal with him when I had bought and ordered the shoes I dealt with Lisa.As I said before I went there to purchase shoes I needed asap because i  recently had molds for inserts made and I needed the shoes for as soon as my appointment in wilkes barre to get fitted for the inserts.so I purchased a pair and order another  .however Lisa fitted me for sneakers that fit me without the inserts and I have told her I was in need of sneakers that would work now with insert.so when I took the shoes to get fitted for my inserts up to [redacted] John Long  .my feet did not fit so I was unable to start using my inserts .My feet were hurting bad .I take the shoes back some  days prior to that Lisa called me stating the shoes I ordered are on back order .So I went ordered another pair and got the same thing they wont be available till 2018.Well I wish pain in my feet can wait till 2018 sorry im hurting and I want relief which I had to go else where to get it . I finally got  orthotic  sneakers and inserts fitted same day I purchased my sneakers and I got the receipt for proof along with doctors who order the inserts.I should not be held responsible for trying to buy from Provast and always having the same out come, next year . Wonder if other costumers had this same experience always getting told next year  .So im hurting and they just wanna make money off me while I remain in pain .No thanks ill go else where and I wiil go to court for my 40.00 .I rather give my money to someone who is out to help me get out of my pain  not have me continuously  have me place orders just to wait months .Constant pain I dont have to live in  cause I did find a shoe store that really cared to help me and I would highly recommend them to anyone .They were more business like and very friendly and im so glad I found them my feet feel so much better if only more people cared to help not seeing people in pain .and not so much in for just a buck.So why do all they shoes I order always come back not available until next year is that how every pair you order comes back.I dont feel I should be held reliable to no refund for they service is very poor .two different shoes I ordered are on back order .so how many times does one in constant pain have to continue to try an order a show thats not available .I will not wait .I will not suffer when others out there care to help get you into shoes so your not in pain .Thanks

August 30, 2017Actions Taken: refund check of $10.00 credit slip for $40.00Customer purchased shoe then returned and ordered another pair. The $40.00 was put towards her special order and $10.00 deposit also taken. Policy that is posted in store and stamped on back of all receipts NO REFUNDS. We...

gladly will do exchanges and credit slips until customer finds something that fits, we will refund the $10.00 for a shoe that was unavailable til 2018 but the initial purchase was a shoe purchased in store then returned that is why the other $40.00 is a credit slip.John P.owner
