Review: I insured my cell phone against damage with them and they stated guarantee is to return in within 48 hours. Response:
The client purchased an extended warranty through one of our clients. We are contracted to fulfill claims for this client, but are a completely separate entity. Any issues they have should be taken up directly with the company from which they purchased this warranty. It is also my belief that this delay was communicated to the client and a replacement device was delivered on 7/**.
