It was the worst customer service I ever encounter they are rip-offs I spent $70 on six machines ridiculous never again they need to be investigated I look upon four people as of yesterday who made a complaint how they are rip-off none of my close dry they are rip-offs Number one they do not have coin operated machine number two they have on their window they specified free dryers as I learned yesterday there is no such thing as free dry according to them one wash one dryer free any other dryer you have to pay for it As of yesterday they had no signed that said otherwise I'm very upset that I spent 70 on six Washing machine crazy I hope someone looks into it and they're not clean the machines are dirty smell and got soap stuck in the machines crazy I hope someone looks into it was horrible experience in that laundry mat Customer service very very poor as she refused to give me the phone number to the manager and I don't understand her English not good .!!!!!
