We received your letter about complaint [redacted] , which was filed on 1/27/We are more than happy to comply and find a solution for this customerWe have reached out to the customer to have her bring in the damaged clothing so that we may assess the damage that has been doneIn the complaint, it is not really specified as to what kind of damage all the clothing encounteredThus far, the customer has refused to bring in the damaged items, which brings into question: How much damage is there actually ? Or was the damage actually done by our company? As I said, we are more than happy to find a resolution, but we do need cooperation from the customer as wellplease let us know what we can do to help get this issue resolvedThanks for your time!
