I find that entertaining, I am disabled due to to an on the job injury in 1997 and again in 2003. I have been on disability since 2003, due to a pletora of injuries and surgeries. I was, until recently on prescription pain killers, oxycode actually, furthermore, I am a medical marijuana patient, I gave up opioids for the medical marijuana due to the hassle you've got to go through to get a script from my Pain Management Clinic for pain killers. You are welcome to search for this information since I signed a HIPPA release.
If you had to deal with this company you would get irratable to. I called Paul and left him a message to not send Diego, since Diego doesn't seem to understand what I am trying to say. They have a hooray for us to hell with you attitude and once they cash the check they seem to think their work is top shelf, far from it. Further 
more, I knew I was flirting with disaster after Paul and his side kick showed up. If anyone were to do business with these people it should be recorded on any media, avoid situations such as this due to thinking on their part that you do not know what just happened and we can fool this sucker too, not always the case however.
Additionally, I can ask [redacted] if he'd like to tell his story dealing with the aftermath of Prowest messing up a pefectly good product. I'd welcome an indepent inspection to rectify this, I beleive I know what the issue is, but it would require tearing up the shingles to prove it. And since I do not really trust them any longer I'd like to have a reputable company repair the damage.
If this company had any integrity they would fix this with out a whimper instead of a moan.
Since they are throwing around claims about my intellegence or frame of mind, well, if that has an influence on this claim I would be looking into seeing if I had been slandered.

Prowest is happy to have another roofing company and the manufacturer rep for GAF ( GAF is the brand of shingle installed) come together jointly to assess the problem.
Should it be determined, BY THE ROFING COMPANY OF THE HOMEOWNERS CHOICE (so long as they are professional, licensed and bonded)  that there is an issue in our workmanship we are happy to pay that roofer to fix the problem. IF this is suitable please let u s know. We are more than happy to rectify the situation, immediately.

This man was referred to us by his neighbor who was extremely happy with us. I have reviewed the case that was written. I have some valid concerns. The homeowner sat in his backyard and talked with our sales person [redacted] about his addiction to prescription medication and marijuana. When Diego...

went over there and said he did not think it was the shingles that caused the leak rather it was a pipe on his solar system. When Diego told him he didn't think it was the shingles the homeowner started swearing at him and threatening violence. He then proceeded to kick his pipes in a fit of rage at least 10 times.He specifically told Paul that you don't know who you are [redacted] with, you don't know who you are dealing with, you are trying to get over on me you are a no good con man. Interestingly enough the oldest largest shingle manufacturer in the world puts there stamp on us as their top rated roofer in the east valley after doing thousands of roofs. 
If there is a leak I am happy to pay another roofinging company to fix it but to be honest I fear for the safety of our guys. I would recommend him having 2 roofing companies come give their opinion on what needs to be done and I am happy to pay for the fix so long as the estimate is prudent. 
We stand by our work and our product. Again to solve this problem I would be happy to pay another company asap to check it out. Please call our office if you have any questions.

Review: I recently had a new roof put on in early September, other work performed was the removal and reinstall of the solar system for heating the pool. On or about January 13th I noticed water running down the wall on the back side of my house and water dripping on the inside of my ensuite. I noticed that the paper on the sheetrock was beginning to seperate in an upper corner of my kitchen as well.

I called Prowest and told them of my issue and they sent a guy named Diego, who is their carpenter. I showed Diego water stains in the roofing plywood in the attic and then we went up on the roof where he found a hole in a shingle where they had replaced a section of pvc pipe that I use to keep the solar pipe from resting on the roof so water will flow beneath it. I had not been on the roof since it's replacement but Diego insisted it was my fault that the section of pvc put a hole in the shingle due to the weight of the water running running through the pipe for my solar pool heater. I asked Diego why I would use a solar pool heater in the middle of winter. Diego didn't have a good answer from that point on and said I had to speak with Paul G[redacted] who seems to have an aversion to speak with me. This is the third roofing job this outfit has placed that leaks. One of the other customers is a freind of my wifes whose name is [redacted], the other customer is the guy that recommended this company to me. [redacted] had Prowest come to make repairs and the roof still leaked. When it rains again I may have a real issue since I am not entirely certain the leak in the shingle is the only leak. While it was cold and we had heavy frost the past week, when the frost thawed I'd have water running inside my bathroom and water running from inside the wall to the patio slab in the back of my house. I think Diego may have not told the entire story to his boss who Diego tried to call but he was fumbling the phone so I asked him to have Paul G[redacted] call me, which has not and likely will not happen .Desired Settlement: I'd like to have Prowest repair any and all leaks now and future leaks in the roof anywhere due to shabby work and to replace the damaged sheet rock and make sure I do not have mold forming because the leak may have been in place during the recent rains and it soaked into the insulation in the attic before a leak became apparent since my wife and I both notice an odor in the bathroom before discovery of the first leak. We also have noticed a softening of the sheet rock in the ceiling of the [redacted]e bathroom. The drip rail installed around the edge of the roof is not quite right either. I want what my insurance company paid for and what I expected in regard to the end result of this job which has been a huge diasapointment and beyond aggravating since I was told it would be done right.

We had storm damage to our roof and ProWest LLC was the only bid we received in which the company would work closely with our insurance company and accept payment once we were paid via insurance. Their rep, Jon Blanc was a pleasure to work with, the work itself is beautiful, it was completed in just less than 2-days and the crew cleaned up well afterwards. We recommend this company.
