I am really in shock over this complaint, I already advised my people to take care of this call at no charge to the customer Yes this call is most definitely covered under warrantyService Labor is covered for 1yr from the date of purchase, the material yes should be charged to the customer, because the material was left onsite for his contractor to install because the job was not ready and the material was stolen or misplaced by someone In this case, I already advised my people to do the work, the trim and the labor at no charge to the customer yesterday afternoon, thanks you again for your business and we are sorry for the miss confusion in this additional service Thanks again; Greg

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me. Some of the statements that they made in their comment are false, or one sided. They state that they left the material on the job. However they did NOT do that. The sales manager and the office scheduling clerk were both extremely rude and arrogent making them very difficult to deal with. Had I known this before hand I would have most definately went with Overhead Door for my needs. Also after I filed this complaint with the Revdex.com, I noticed that I was not the first to complain about similar billing issues. Maybe they need to train there employees and how to work and be more courteous to the customer. If not for the customer there would be NO need for AE Door. The only reason I am accepting this resolution is because they have waived the bogus fees. And let me set the record straight. They did NOT waive any fees for me until I filed this complaint regardless of what was said. I did not get a call until this morning regarding the fees and I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com immediately when I hung the phone up with their rude staff. I'm very sorry I have to say that but it's true. For there future, I really hope they start recording there phone calls so WHEN this happens again, and I'm sure that it will, that way the powers to be can listen to what is being said.
With all this being said, I do like my AE Door products, just not their bad business practices and unfriendly customer representatives.
