Review: It has been over two years and I still don't have a finished drivewayI was quoted a price and a few months later had the base coat put on my drivewayThen, it became too late in the year because of the contractor procrastinating and putting a homeowner low on their priority job listIt took over a year to get the final (top) coat put onThis was done in early November, over a year later from the 1st (base) applicationBecause it was cold and what I was told a bad asphalt mixture from the plant, I started to see the driveway break apart, even with a hole in the middle of the driveway, just within two months of this top coatI was promised that it would be addressed and fixed according to my satisfaction in the SpringAs Spring came and went, Summer was quickly fading and I was promised because of further deterioration of the driveway, it was agreed that the whole driveway would need to be redone (new top coat)I was promised that it would be done by the end of August to prevent any cool weather from affecting the applicationI was also told that they had an insurance claim and everything should be good to go and I would definitely have it done by the end of AugustWell, I started calling towards the last week of August and one month later, not a word from the companyI can't get a hold of them except now through my lawyer and pursuing legal means to correct what I was promisedI paid $20,for a driveway that will now take years to complete (since they waited now again till the cold weather) and currently is falling apart and worth very little to meI would have stopped at $10,000, the base coat, because it was much better than the final coat! I was promised a one year warranty from the finished coat, still within the warranty but this is a company that will take your money and not keep it's agreement/contract/word.Desired Settlement: Refund of Top Coat (Price = $10,000) or replacement of top coat on full driveway with one year warranty from the date of completion

At this time, I have recently been contacted by PRP Contracting, LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] but at this time a satisfactory resolution has not been reached
