Let me introduce myself, my name is Sue [redacted].  I am the customer service rep that handled Mr. [redacted] case, complaint number [redacted]. The same day this customer called I placed his order, with the exact address he gave me.  Somewhere along the line UPS thought there was a "north"...

in the address , but there was not.  UPS corrected this & the new water dispenser was delivered 3 days after it was suppose to, with the address on the package that Mr. [redacted] provided. Unfortunately, the delivery driver was a little rough with the package resulting in damage.  As soon as Mr. [redacted] notified me of this, I sent him a full refund, including tax.I literally just spoke with Mr. [redacted] to see if he received the refund check & he stated that he had & was about to email me with this information.  I apologized for the inconvenience & he seemed happy.  Feel free to contact me directly with any questions or concerns.   Regards, Sue [redacted]
