Complaint: I am rejecting this response:And is it common that me and my daughter both randomly goth these infections from other places after getting our nails done there? We have had our nails done in so many places it’s not possible that we are allergic to anythingI even lived in Europe for years and got my nails done there regularly as wellThe Drtold me that is was most likely due to dirty equipmentThere is no other place I could have gotten an infectionSo they are not planning to do anything about it?

We are responding about complaint #10733902, where Mrs*** nail had an infectionMrs*** assumed that our tools were not sanitized and cleaned properlyWe meet and exceed the standards of sanitizing required by the TCC (Texas Cosmetology Commission). When clients get infected on their
nails and toe nails, there are many possible reasonsOne of those reasons, may be the clients allergic reaction to the nail product and the clients immune system may be weakenedClients may also exposed and infected in activities prior to the serviceClients may also be infected with activities that they engage in after receiving their service. These are some of the ways that clients may get a nail infection in their hands or feet before concluding that a nail salon is at fault. Sincerely,** *** *** ***

Response taken by telephone 8/31/15. Respectively, "Most likely" is not a guarantee, that is not 100% However, I am willing to resolve this matter by reimbursing 60% of the disputed amount
