Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/06/09) */ [redacted] I have responded to Mr[redacted] 's reveiw and complaint on our [redacted] page with the following response Sorry to hear you were unhappy with our servicewe try our best to give great customer service and don't like to see any customers upsetAs I explained to you the only thing not covered under warranty as I tell all my customers is damage, It is no different than having a car painted and bringing it back a month later with a dent or scratch in it and expecting it to be covered under warrantyIf you had asked me how much it would be to redo the door glass, I would have told you it would be a very minimal charge which I probably would have waived when the time cameI am fairly certain you are the person who brought your car back to another establishment and had them remove the tint and refund your money just before you took it to us to redoWhich tells me you are [redacted] None the less I do not like to see unhappy customers so if you would like to rectify the problem fell free to contact me again Thank you If Mr [redacted] would like to call me directly we will get this resolved as soon as possible [redacted]
