Parking rates are clearly posted at all entrances (Please see below)Unfortunately the customer mistook the $purchase clearly defined on our signage as the rate for parkingWhich is $for up to an hour and $after with validation Parking Validation ProgramEnter after 9:30AM:

Please remember to bring your parking ticket with you when you leave the garage, and have your sales associate stamp your parking ticket once you've made your purchase*Parking attendants do not validate parking tickets. Regretfully, I still find the signage deceptive when coupled with the inability of the parking attendant to further explain the policy. In light of the "official" explanation in a measured tone and free from the emotions of the encounter I see that gray area regarding parking prices. Still, my desire for an articulate and professional explanation was lost during the 3/18 encounter. The difference of the $2 has been thoroughly lost in my efforts to receive an apology. Clearly, big business will continue to dismiss patrons and potential patrons with garbled signage and inarticulate attendants.
