was seen at concentra for a shoulder injury and was told it was ok to treat me though my employer and was sent to physical therapy I went to sessions that were maybe min long because they didn't want to over work it stop going to session when I realized my claim was not excepted was called week later and informed I owe dollars wow I was shocked for 15min sessions glad I stopped going when I did I thought this was taken care of when they told me it was ok to treat me in the beginning so I told billing lady to send it through my personal insurance thought everything good when in months later get notice in the mail saying they are sending it to collections if I don't pay in less than a week (this was first I heard of this) called and asked if they put through to my insurance said they did but when I called my insurance they never received anything so called to see if they would put though again and was told to pay or its going to collections so ive made one payment on it

They need to understand that if a customer leaves multiple calls over a month maybe they should call backPeoples lives depend on it
My husband has a Class A CDL LicensePer MVD requirements he must see a CDL Drevery year-two to renew his medical certificationSo every time he goes he goes to Concentra because that is where the employer is contracted toSo my husband went to his appointment on July 5th, He was told that day by the Concentra Drthat he needs to get a letter from his primary care physician stating what meds he takes and the possible side affects and how my husband tolerates themThis seemed a little ridiculious because the Concentra Drhad the list of meds there already and it seemed strange that HE as a Drdoesn't know the side affectsEither way we went to his PCP the next week (earliest appt.) So we went spent money for a co-pay just to get a letter that stated this "To Whom it May Concern: Mr*** Takes the following Meds"...then he lists themT
